HIGHWAY USE OF VEHICLES WITH FOREIGN LICENSE PLATES

Vehicles with foreign license plates passing through our highway must be HGS subscribers, have at least enough balance in their HGS accounts to cover the toll and use cash tolls in order not to be penalized.
